Ahoy there

A detail shot of a recent res project in the warehouse before delivery this week- a desk that references the port hole in a beautiful Federation house in Hamilton.

Ncle Gallery Soc Walk Through

The Newcastle Gallery Society ended its annual workshop tour chez Pinkerton this year. Gallery Society members are given something something of a mystery tour - told to show up a certain place at a certain time and enjoy what they find along the way. This year they started at Peter Tilley's sculpture workshop, then were given directions to a local lino cut artists studio, before adjourning to Pinkerton's Fern Street warehouse where they finished with drinks and canapes.

Lovely Sunday afternoon, thanks to Jan Hill of the Gallery Society for organising everything.
